He did a great job pointing out pros and cons of a house and being realistic with things that would need to be updated, etc. When it came to selling my house, he made solid recommendations on what we should do to best show our house. He set up showings based on our schedule and hosted an open house. We got a list price offer from our first showing! When it came to coordinating the two closings, Kagiso and his team managed all the logistics. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Would highly recommend Kagiso and his team!
